QA & Software Testing
We test websites, web apps and APIs so you can release with confidence, combining manual testing with automated Playwright and Cypress suites, API, performance and accessibility checks that run in your CI pipeline.

What is QA and software testing?
Quality assurance (QA) is the work of checking that software does what it should before your customers find the problems. It combines manual testing, where a tester uses the product like a real user, with automated tests that check key journeys every time code changes.
What does our QA service include?
- Manual and exploratory testing: structured test cases and hands-on checks across browsers and devices.
- End-to-end test automation: Playwright or Cypress suites covering sign-up, checkout, booking and other critical flows.
- API testing: checks for responses, error handling and authentication on REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Performance and load testing: how your site or app behaves under heavy traffic, with tools such as k6 or JMeter.
- Accessibility testing: automated and manual checks against WCAG 2.2, including keyboard and screen-reader use.
- Regression suites in CI: tests that run automatically on every pull request in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar.
How does the process work?
- Review: we learn your product, release process and the areas that break most often.
- Test plan: we agree which journeys to test manually, which to automate and what counts as a release blocker.
- Build the suite: we write test cases and automated tests, starting with the highest-risk flows.
- Integrate with CI: tests run on every change, with clear reports and screenshots or videos of failures.
- Maintain: we keep tests up to date as your product changes, so the suite stays trusted.
Who is this for?
SaaS start-ups releasing often, e-commerce stores that cannot afford a broken checkout, agencies that need independent testing before client launches, and small businesses whose in-house developers have no dedicated tester.

QA & Software Testing: FAQs
Should we use Playwright or Cypress for test automation?
Both are strong choices for testing web applications. Playwright supports multiple browsers and parallel runs out of the box, while Cypress offers a very friendly developer experience. We recommend one based on your stack, browsers and team skills.
Do we still need manual testing if we have automated tests?
Yes. Automated tests are excellent at catching regressions in known flows, but manual and exploratory testing finds usability issues, visual problems and edge cases that scripts miss. Most teams benefit from a mix of both.
Can you add automated tests to an existing project?
Yes. We usually start by automating the most critical journeys, such as login, checkout or booking, then expand coverage over time. Tests are added to your existing repository and CI pipeline.
What is regression testing?
Regression testing checks that features which already worked still work after new code is added. Running an automated regression suite on every change catches problems before they reach your customers.
